Tiveta is celebrating its 10th anniversary (video)
Starting a business from scratch is one of the most challenging things in the world.
Instead of thinking about everything that can go wrong, let's think about the things that can go right and how our name can be on the list of success stories one day. Of course, if we read any business success story, we will learn that most successful entrepreneurs have had a breathtaking journey to Olympus.
Not all of them succeeded, but they relentlessly pursued their goals. Let's remember that persistence is the key to success.
The best example is the tandem of Martynas Šakalys and Paulius Vindašius. When Martynas arrived in Norway 10 years ago and founded the construction services company Tiveta, few, except Martynas himself, believed that it would one day grow into one of the leaders in the sector.
The company started organically from small jobs with a few employees and has shown continuous growth over the years. It was not cardinal but confidently measured and stable. Martynas, without counting his working hours, diligently worked towards the goal. He knew that only hard and exhausting work in developing a company in its initial development could bring tangible results. And he was right.
The number of projects increased, and acquaintances with more powerful market players were made. Tiveta felt an even greater acceleration when the managerial potential of Paulius, who previously worked as a carpenter, shone.
Paulius and Martynas, both from the same region in Lithuania, quickly found a common language. It happens like this sometimes in business when you meet a like-minded person with the same vision and vision as your own.
So, things moved even faster when this tandem got to work at total capacity. Tiveta has established business relations with giants such as Hent, Skanska, Peab, Betonmast, BundeBygg, and others.
The scope of the projects jumped from the installation of individual houses to the development of kindergartens, schools, hospitals, and residential blocks.
Today, more than 130 employees work in Tiveta. And this is definitely not the end.
The company is constantly expanding.
Moreover, other companies of the Tiveta group - Tiveta Renhold and Tiveta Betong - are also working successfully in the construction sector.
Tiveta, celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, has come a long way to achieve this result. It had everything from moments of frustration to a celebration of victory.
10 years symbolizes maturity and consistency. After all, this is just one crucial page in the company's history.
Today, Tiveta is preparing another one - full of new goals and challenges. In the next 10 years, we will see the company doing even more good things.
An even stronger and more powerful participant of the Norwegian construction market, which will be led to the light by passionate professionals who know their fields.
